You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

Eligible items for return

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition
• Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached
• Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided
• Items must not show signs of wear or damage

How to initiate a return

Follow these steps to return your item:

• Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
• Provide your order number and reason for return
• Wait for us to provide shipment instructions and return authorization

Important notes

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
