Each Whimsical House begins as a simple piece of cottonwood bark and transforms into a tiny world filled with mystery and charm. Every doorway, roofline, and carved detail is shaped by hand, turning natural wood into a miniature home that feels alive with imagination. These pieces aren’t just decorations — they’re little stories carved from nature itself.
One night I had a very vivid and detailed dream.
I dreamed that my Spirit Guides came to teach me a new skill. They came to teach me how to make feathers out of wood and how to embellish the feathers with beautiful semi-precious stones! Their instructions were precise and upon awakening I was thrilled with the colour and the details I saw. I decided to follow their guidance and make these wonderful gifts.
As I progressed, the idea of making cards naming each stone, detailing their spiritual values, seemed like a good addition to my feathers.
I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoy making them.

In our forests, there may live friendly Gnomes or Faeries. To see them, you merely have to believe in them. This is what I carve, and when they tell me to carve a window, so they can peek out, or a door to look around, or some other special thing they want I follow their guidance, until their one-of-a-kind special whimsical house is finished.
They love their houses.
